Remote-controlled Torro RC tank models scale 1/16

Remote-controlled tank models from the manufacturer Torro with infrared (IR) or airsoft firing (BB) function in 1/16 scale. Information about the infrared combat system can be found here. RC tanks from Torro are available in the Hobby Edition or the Professional Edition with more metal parts, a 360° turret, and a wooden box with an ammunition box look. Some Hobby Editions are already equipped with a metal underbody [metal reinforcement] and, depending on the configuration, also have metal tracks and metal drive and idler wheels. Torro RC tanks are available with airbrush paint or, for all modelers, without any paint. Torro Hobby Editions have at least a metal gearbox with zinc-aluminum gears, while the Professional Editions almost all have a steel gearbox.

The Torro Sturmtiger tank is now also available in gray as a Pro Edition; the Hobby Edition is still only available in beige/yellow. Instead of a cannon barrel, the Sturmtiger has a mortar that can be controlled in all directions [up/down, right/left] using the remote control. Unlike all other Pro Editions, this tank has only a zinc-aluminum transmission, not a steel one.
