We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal and Credit Card. Payment method "cash on delivery" is only available in Germany and Austria, the cash-on-delivery fee is € 7.50.

We ship all items as a package via DHL, insured up to € 500. The shipment will be executed on the day of receipt of payment or the following business day (Mon-Sat).

Delivery from stock to the shipping address provided by you via DHL. For shipments to a non-EU country, other duties, taxes and fees are incurred, which will apply not by us but by the customs and tax authorities responsible there.

International shipping (over sea): If you order a tank in our shop which includes a battery we have to take the battery out of the box. Batteries are no longer allowed for over sea.
